A roasted oolong tea produced from the Si Ji Chun cultivar. The Wang family specializes in roasting oolong teas, and this tea does not disappoint, with an average roast of 32 hours using the traditional charcoal roasting method. On the palate, it reveals stunning and beautiful nuances of black sesame, followed by sweet, toasty, and even floral notes. Joshua Wang of the family has found the perfect balance between light oxidation and the ideal roast.
