A kabuse green tea (shaded for 2 weeks), mixed with stems and produced from two cultivars: yabukita and okumidori.

This Karigane tea gives a strong umami taste thanks to the shade of the leaves and the mixture of stems, which are less exposed to the sun and bring a sweet and soft side to the blend.

This tea was made in mid-May and produced by Yuta of the Nagatani family and his cousins Hideki and Syouda. This wonderful tea is a family affair, and we are proud to have worked with them for several years.

Can be infused hot or cold for a vibrant and rich liqueur.

Cultivars: Okumidori, Yabukita

Preparation tips:

Water/Water: 75°C/167°F

Tea: 2g / 20cl

Infusion time: 2-4 minutes | Several infusions
