A gastronomic bridge between Algeria and Japan with this brand new blend inspired by the Kabyle orange from the Wilaya of Tizi Ouzou and the elegant Yuzu from the Prefecture of Kôchi, on the island of Shikoku.

Based on steamed green tea from Kyushu, this unique blend showcases exceptional terroirs and offers in the cup a herbaceous, fresh and tangy bouquet, with a surprising length on the palate.

Preparation tips:

- Heat the water to approximately 70°C / 165°F

- Use 3g/30cl

- Infuse for 1 to 2 minutes
