This high-quality black tea is produced in Yunnan province in the style of Bi Luo Chun, a green tea from Jiangsu province. Harvested in spring, the downy buds are carefully rolled into spirals. In the cup, the buds slowly unfurl to release a rich, full-bodied cocoa flavor.
