We are delighted to collaborate with Chiyonoen Farm, run by Masashi and Eri Harashima, located in the picturesque village of Yabe, in the heart of Fukuoka Prefecture. This family farm cultivates its crops naturally at a mid-altitude, within preserved forest landscapes.

This sencha green tea, harvested on May 1st at an altitude of 350 meters, is produced from the Yama No Ibuki cultivar, nicknamed "the breath of the mountain." This cultivar is renowned for its rich umami flavor with a delicate astringency, offering a refined tasting experience.
