A naturally caffeine-free red Rooibos with spices.

In Indian culture, "Masala" is a spice blend specific to each family. Therefore, it's very common when traveling in India to sample countless Masala Chai, each with its own unique flavor. For this particular blend, we combine wonderful red Rooibos tea with cinnamon, anise, ginger, cloves, black pepper, chicory root, and cardamom. A robust, spicy, and naturally caffeine-free beverage, to be enjoyed with or without milk.

Preparation tips:

- Heat the water to approximately 95°C | 205°F

- Use 2g/20cl

- Infuse for 5 minutes
