A black tea crafted from a blend of three distinct cultivars. We are delighted to work with Chiyonoen Tea Farm, run by Masashi and Eri Harashima, located in the mountainous village of Yale, with Fukuoka Prefecture. The family-run farm cultivates its tea naturally, at medium to high altitude, in the heart of forest landscapes. Specializing in green nd black teas, they offer us the unique opportunity to taste varieties grown as green, black and occasionally, oolong teas. This black tea, harvested in the spring and subjected to high oxidation, is the result of the harmony between three cultivars: Sayamakaori, Yabukita, and Benifuki.
