A creamy and floral oolong tea

Milky Oolong is a very special tea because, in its production process, just before the drying stage which allows the aroma to set, milk steam is brought into contact with the still-damp leaves. This results in a light cup with a smooth, buttery texture and a delicate floral fragrance.

Origin: Anxi, Fujian

Tasting notes:

Preparation tips:

- Heat the water to approximately 90°C / 195°F

- Use 2g/20cl

- Infuse for 3-4 minutes
