Established in 1854, Happy Valley Estate is located approximately 3 km from the town of Darjeeling. Nestled at an altitude of 2,750 m, this 111-hectare tea garden is renowned as one of the three most prestigious gardens in Darjeeling and the second oldest. This summer harvest is highly aromatic, with a full-bodied cup and a taste typical of the finest second flush teas. The leaves are medium-sized and uniform, with a good proportion of golden buds. In the cup, it offers a coppery liquor, excellent length on the palate, and dominant notes of muscatel and ripe fruit.
