What a delight to add this delicately osmanthus-scented high-mountain oolong tea from the Wang family. Made from the Qīng Xīn Wū Lóng cultivar, this tea was hand-picked at an altitude of 1500m in the spring of 2024. The blend of flowers and Alishan oolong tea creates a buttery and floral aroma. It can be infused several times, hot or cold.

Tea: 2g / Water: 20cl

Temperature: 100°C / 212°F    

Infusion time: 4-5 minutes          

Gong Fu Cha infusion:

Tea: 5g / Water: 10cl  

Temperature: 100°C / 212°F      

Infusion: 30, 30, 55, 45, 55 seconds
